How much is shipping?
Nothing. Shipping is free on every order across Australia, with no minimum spend.
When does my order ship?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment. The estimated delivery time is shown at checkout.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Every order is tracked. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking link. You can also check your order anytime on our Track Order page.
Do you ship outside Australia?
Not at the moment. We currently ship to addresses in Australia only.
Will my order arrive in one parcel?
Not always. Larger orders can be shipped in more than one parcel. If that happens, you'll receive a tracking link for each one.
Returns & refunds
Can I return an item?
Yes. Changed your mind? Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer.
My item arrived damaged or isn't what I ordered. What now?
That's on us. Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll sort out a refund or replacement. See our Returns & Refunds policy for all the details.
How long does a refund take?
Once your refund is approved, it's sent to your original payment method. It can take 5–10 business days to show up, depending on your bank.
Products
Do the products look the same as in the photos?
We do our best to show every product as accurately as possible. Colours can look slightly different depending on your screen, and natural materials like wood, rattan and ceramics can vary a little from piece to piece.

Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay securely with all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. All available options are shown at checkout.
